What Is The Treatment For Severe Cramps In The Lower Abdomen?

I have been having really bad cramps in my lower belly for over 2 months now. I also have constant headaches, I urinate abnormal times a day, and I feel tired all the time. I recently started been sexually active and I want to know if this could be a sign of pregnancy. I took a pregnancy test 2 weeks ago and it came out negative but my period had only lasted 2 days for the past two months. what can this be?

The cramps in the lower abdomen can be taking antispasmodic medicines for a temporary relief. You have a got a problem for more than 2 months , means you have to undergo proper clinical evaluation by a Gastroenterologist and investigations as advised for getting a proper diagnosis.
This does not develop in Uterine Pregnancy. Tubal pregnancy is ruled out by ultrasonography. Chronic tubal pregnancy can be a reason.
Your problem looks more of an inflammatory process in the lower pelvis like PID- pelvis inflammatory disease giving both the intestinal as well as urinary symptoms.
I would advise :
X-ray in standing position , ultrasonography , enteroclysis and such investigations to know the root cause of the symptoms and get a proper treatment
