What Is The Treatment For Reactive Arthritis?

dear I am in very inner part in India there immoderately no doctor is there I am using 1.5 gm of Saaz[ds] daily and now last three days I feel a mild attack of Reactive Arthritis. I have a very old history and afraid to increase its potency. I just started a ibrfen 500[bd] because I dont have option. but dioria is started. my age is 47 body weight is 78 and my right hip is replaced due to RA sanjiv

I have studied your case with diligence.

NSAIDs, DMARDs (disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drugs) are prescribed in severe cases.

Newer biologics have role in reactive and RA.

Do not increase dose of saaz now.
You may need to start methotrexate consulting your doctor.

I have lot of experience of patient of RA and long term results with allopathic medication are not satisfactory,so consult me directly for further assistence.
