What Is The Treatment For Rashes And Anxiety?

I developed a red, raised rash all over torso/flank area around 3 weeks ago and attributed it to chlorine (I am a swim instructor -spend several hours in a pool). Finally went to Urgent Care for steroid relief, as nothing OTC was working. They ran basic blood panel, and BUN/Creat ratio came back slightly elevated, although each individual level was WNL. BG was 121, Calcium Serum was just slightly elevated and AST = 46, ALT = 38. I probably don t drink enough water, based on how often I am in the water/sun. And the only alcohol I drink is wine, but not daily. I do exercise regularly and I try to stick to mostly protein and vegetables, although carbs are in the mix intermittently. Anxiety/stress is definitely and issue for me. The urgent care DR recommended I go to a specialist. Should I be overly concerned??

First of all you don't have to be concerned. You should see a specialist and under his recomandation make some other examinations. Anxiety can be taken under control with the help of a psychologist.
