What Is The Treatment For Premature Ejaculation?

hi , i am Fareed i have a problem when i sex with my wife and then intercourse i release just 20 to 30 seconds what can i do to increase my time i think it is a premature ejection kindly help me i am very thankful to yours.

Hello Welcome to HCM

You have problem of premature ejaculation. The ejaculation time is about 20-30 Seconds. Premature ejaculation can be treated by medicines and psychological treatments-

Medicines like SSRIs as Fluoxetine, Paroxetine etc can be used to delay ejaculation. But the effect is need in 4-6 weeks. Recently newer medicine Dapoxetine is approved for pre-mature ejaculation. The medicine is used on SOS basis for premature ejaculation. Consult a psychiatrist for detailed prescription.

Herbal medicines like Tantax Royal, Confido are also very effective in premature ejaculation. Two tablets twice a day is usual dose. As it is herbal no prescription is needed for that product. The medicines are also free of serious side effects.

Apart from medicines non-medicinal treatment in form of Kegel's exercise, Start stop technique by Master and Johnsons is also effective. Distract yourself from sex during intercourse.

Yoga and meditation help individual to remain calm and result in decrease in anxiety and increase in confidence.
