I admire you for positive outlook.

peripheral neuropathy in alcohol addiction is due to vitamin B complex deficiency.
In vitamin B complex particularly thiamin deficiency.

So need to supplement it.

initial daily I.V injection of thiamin 100 mg for 1 week.

After that daily oral dose of thiamin 100 mg for 3 months.

Please continue pregabid forte.
