What Is The Treatment For Palpitations And Breathlessness?

HI, I have palpitations. These are when not doing activity. Also, I have been working out at the gym and when I lift weights, particularly above my head they are very rapid and made be stop. I also feel very fatigues at times and am finding that I am getting stronger but by fitness is not coming along as I feel it should. I get breathless easily. Can you provide some advise. thanks

HI
Well come to HCM
Fatigue, palpitation, these symptoms demands cardiac evaluation, and the option are EKG, and EHO if these turned unremarkable then symptoms would be functional in origin and this is nothing to worry, some time because of low hemoglobin fatigue and palpitation may be likely and this need to be ruled out too, take care and have a nice day.
