What Is The Treatment For Pain Abdomen And Gas Formation?

Had my delivery last month and now suffering from gas problem. Since past 4-5 days been passing loud gas, sometimes smelly and quite gas. But the problem is that when I am about to pass gas, my lower abdomen pains and also the butt area.. Meaning it feels kind of a pressure that we feel during passing stool when constipated. Can I know the reason why is this happening all of sudden to me and what is the solution to it? Thanks

Respected madam, hi I evaluated your query thoroughly.
*Clinically this is due to decreased intestinal motility by vivid reasons - less
ambulation - hormonal changes - ingestion of certain foods - inadequate
sleep - stress - anxiety .
*Would suggest following to have faster recovery :
@ Drink more liquids, have more green leafy vegetables, fruits with fiber,
cereals, liquids - boiled water, coconut water, butter milk etc.
@ Regular walking with light exercises at home and compulsory Deep
breathing exercises 30-40 min a day.
@ Have adequate sound sleep of 8 hours.
@ Avoid smoking / alcohol / abuse substances if taking any at all.
@ Avoid more oily / spicy / nonveg stuffs.
@ check your current medications if any leading to constipation like iron
tablets prone to induce constipation.
@ In our clinic we recommend antacids , prokinetic agents,antispasmodics
and bulk forming laxatives according to the clinical judgements for which
you have to consult your family doctor if needed.
