HAVE SEVERE PAID IN FOOT WHEN PRESSURE ON FOOT. WAS TOLD I HAVE OSTEOARTHRITIS BUT THIS IS VERY PAINFUL EXTENDS FROM MIDDLE OF FOOT GOES UP ANKLE. APPLIED HEAT & RE ST STILL HURTS DIFFICULT TO WALK WITHOUT PAIN -- TOOK ALEVE (3) NO HELP WOULD LIKE TO SEE A PODITERIST

may i know about your blood sugar,serum uric acid,serum RA factor,are they normal?how are the other joints?if yes then get proper treatment accordingly.
meanwhile,continue as such and add glucosamine/chondroitin as food supplements and tab.ibuprofen.
