My mother is 42, she has had almost constant nausea for the past year. She has gone to the Doctor about it a couple times and they never did anything but prescribe her with acid pills (dexilent, nexium, none worked). She is also very tired. She has suffered with an incompetent sphincter muscle for over 20 years. She gets bad acid reflux. Recently she had an endoscopy, and had biopsies, all which were fine. However she had an Ultrasound to check her gallbladder and some other organs and they told her she had slight swelling in her pancreas. Apparantly the pancreas doesnt normally show on an Ultrasound. She has had no pain like pancreaitis symptoms suggest, except when she eats. She thought she would have ulcers before the endoscopy, but turns out she doesn't Could this swelling be bad? She went for an MRI today, I'm worried. Also, not sure if it has anything to do with it but she has reactive hypoglycemia.
