What Is The Treatment For Loss Of Erection?

I m 21, haven t been sexually active in over a year. Never had trouble with keeping an erection. But now I can t even get an erection, it s embarrassing. The two times I ve tried having relations I could not achieve an erection. Sometimes, like every three months, I notice a small yellow stain in my underwear and makes me wonder if I have an STD. Problem is I don t have money to even get tested. I don t want to try a pill cause I shouldn t be having this problem at such a young age. What should I do?

I have gone through your question and understand your concerns about erection problem and suspiciousness about having Sexually transmitted disease(STD).
An occasional episode of erectile failure due to functional or situational reasons like fatigue, tension or own ''pressure to 'perform' rather to enjoy'' is very common. This happens to most of the men.
Once this happen, one becomes apprehensive prior to next sexual encounter and have obvious concern of quality of erection during next act.
He focuses on the performance of his penis and 'tries' his best to get hard rock erection by heart 'to satisfy' the partner.
The problem starts here. The mind now is under 'pressure to perform the best' rather than just 'enjoying the kindle'. This DIVERTS the mind from pleasure to pressure.
For constant erection, continuous exciting/romantic/erotic feelings should be there in your mind. If your mind is diverted to concern about erection, you will lose erection.
So, for now onward, you simply enjoy the kindling of sex, feel the touch and being touched by the partner. Caress her and focus on the pleasurable sensations you get by caressing. Do not bother about erection or quality of your performance at all. Just enjoy, enjoy and enjoy.
You practice this for next 30 days at each and every sexual encounter. Involve your partner with you in this behavior therapy exercise. Don’t be under pressure to penetrative sex ‘to satisfy’ for at least next 30 days. Discuss this with your partner freely without any shame or guilt.
A small yellow stain merely occasionally (Once in three months) does not suggest STD.
Have regular exercise, green leafy vegetables and fruits in your daily diet.
Stress and anxiety also affects sexual performance.
You Relax and think positively. Your problem is temporary and you will surely come out of it.
