What Is The Treatment For Loose Motion For A Pregnant Woman?

I am 14 weeks pregnant. I am suffering from loose motion which is slightly green coloured only once a day. I stopped taking iron tablets from last few days. I am taking Mama's best powder along with milk twice a day. Please help me to find the cause of my problem and how can i get out of it?

milk induced - drugs side effects - others
* Recommendations

- plenty of liquids by mouth
- soft , light diet with fresh curd at regular intervals
- avoid all oily , spicy , non veg stuffs
- thorough hand washing before and after taking foods
- probiotics and if needed antibiotics should be considered by treating
gynec
- avoid smoking , stress
