What is the treatment for long-standing cold that becomes worse at night ?

I am suffering from cold for last 01 month. I have taken antibiotic and histasin also, but yet not cure. It increse at night bed time and suffering problem for respiration.. I am a male of age 34 and now serving in a area where high temperature (55 degree) at noon and it fall at low (20 degree) at night, what is the valuable suggestion please?
