my brother in law is suffering from kidney disorders. pls guide me where i should take him for further and best treatment. presently he is in bihar and undergoing treatment in one of the nursing home

It depends on what is causing his kidney issues and how far along in the course of the disease he is. Is he still making urine? Does he need dialysis? Any nephrologist should be able to help sort this out.
