Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Transient rash associated with itching is likely to be due to Urticaria.
Urticaria is likely to be due to internal or external allergen.
I would suggest you to consult your Pediatrician.
Meanwhile Syrup Promethazine which is an antihistaminic giving orally and local application of liquid Paraffin may provide the much needed relief.
Take Care

Best Regards
