hello,im 31 yr old lady,nd i have hypothyroid problem.But from past 2-3 mths im facien bad odor when i wkae up in th morning.brush my teeth before sleep,but still nt much effective.and i always feel a heavy throat,like a lump of a cough blocking my throat.is it a matter of concern.
