What Is The Treatment For Hypertension?

Morning Dr. I stay in Gonubie South Africa am 63 years old and suffer from hypertension. I was recently diagnosed with an unfolding aorta and the following medications prescribed. Pritor 40 mg/Concor 2.5mg/Cardio Disprin a day. How long do I have to stay on this medication and is it safe? I have been feeling fine and experienced no side effects except insomia. Hi,
If you are fine and don't have side effects it means your medications are well chosen for you.
You should continue your medication for a long period. If you stop the medication your blood pressure will increase again.
