Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have history of hormone imbalance and now you have iron deficiency.

Iron deficiency is very common disease. It may be due to nutritional deficiency or chronic blood loss. If you have history of heavy bleeding then it is common. So you need to take treatment for that.

If you don't have any extra bleeding then it may be due to nutritional deficiency. You should take iron rich diet like dates, jaggery, green leafy vegetables, dry fruits etc.
You can take iron supplements medicine. Drugs like ferrous sulphate or ferrous fumarate are useful. Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer.
