Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic

You seem to have androgenetic alopecia. While minoxidil is a non-specific hair growth promoter, finabald (Finasteride ) is an oral anti androgen which inhibits the enzyme 5 alpha reductase, responsible for conversion of testosterone to duhydrotestosterone, which is responsible for follicular miniaturization and hair line recession.

Yes, you can continue with it because it because it neither affects the sperm count or sperm quality because it mainly inhibits the type 1 isomer of 5 alpha reductase whereas type II isomer is present in genital skin.
