What Is The Treatment For Fungal Infection In The Foot?

I recently had a case of Athletes foot with all the symptoms..bout some foot spray and it cleared up..I use a public and was going barefoot now i wear flip-flops.

But now I have very small raised bumps that are itchy in the arches of my feet, that if squeezed seem to weep slightly. They are itchy to the point of breaking the skin. I've used that spray on them to little effect. Also on my heels I have a build up of dry skin that seems to smell quite a bit which would suggest fungal infection. It is hard with ridges when dry and goes very pitted and cratered like the surface of the moon, when wet and I can pull off little chunks of skin. Doesn't seem like just dry skin condition. I did have skin problems with my feet when I was a child.. having trouble with dry cracking feet. but no smell involved. Please advise.
