What Is The Treatment For Food Allergies And Acid Reflux?

My doctor is sending me for an ultrasound on my liver. My ALT has gone from 13 to 46. I'm concerned because I have discovered I have food allergies and acid reflux and I feel my body is not getting the proper nutrition it needs because of my food restrictions and I have difficulty swallowing. Is 46 high?
