Pediatrician 's  Response
Hello,

Myalgia is part of viral infection like flu and can be managed with paracetamol or Ibuprofen. Additional cold or warm treatment locally will give comfort. Also, give him plenty of liquid diet and rest.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Cajetan, Pediatrician
