Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi,

You seem to be under stress due to some reason involving you and your boy friend which is resulting in your current symptoms. You need to overcome whatever has happened or is going in your mind.

You can consider seeking a psychiatric consultation. You may find supportive therapy sessions helpful which will help you let out your emotions and de-stress yourself. Relaxation exercises like deep breathing and meditation would also help. If still the symptoms persist, consider treatment with anti-depressant medications like escitalopram which will help you overcome your symptoms.

I do hope that I was able to answer your query. Best wishes.
