What Is The Treatment For Eczema And Psoriasis?

Hi i have daughter who is 3 yrs old and started developing eczema like rash on her elbows first, then knees and then then back. They are not a whole lot but just few. The skin started getting hard on those areas and when we showed her to the skin specialist, we were told she has psoriasis. Doctor did not do any tests on her and gave the follwoing medications for 10 days, eltocin, cetrizine and momate cream to apply on the affected area. Theree is certainly improvement after the medications but i am wondering if tests should be done before prescribing medicins. Is there anything i can do other than just wait and see how she does after the treatment. Thanks for your help.
