What Is The Treatment For Dry Cough In A 7 Year Old Child?
My son aged 7 has been coughing for 3 weeks now, very dry cough and has been given some medication...now he s a bit better but when he coughs in the night he gets nose bleeds....what do you think is the problem? My son is 7, his weight is 30kg and has a history of kidney problem...he was admitted and treated when he was 3 yrs old.
