I feel dizzy. It started yesterday and I feel out of balance and a bit dizzy. I am very stressed about this because 2 days ago, I was lying on the couch and my cat came from behind and slapped me in the head with one of her paws. Is this connected. Could there be internal bleeding or is it related to the ear? When I am sitting I feel some disequilibrium and I feel like there is some weirdness in my ears. I checked my blood pressure and it was normal. I have no fever. Sugar levels are fine. Also I checked my pupil size in the mirror and they seem the same.
