Hello, Welcome to HCM, As you are diagnosed to have acid reflux, it suggest me that you are having acid peptic disease (APD). The regurgitation of the acid from the Stomach to the upper part of the GIT is causing all the problems to you. I addition to your doctor prescription, you have to adopt some dietary modification and healthy life style modification. Medicines along with good non spicy diet and stress management will improve your condition. Thank you.
