What Is The Treatment For Difficulty In Passing Motion?

HI, my Baby ex-prem 29 week. now 3 month. having a difficulty of pass motion, average 2 time a week but also need to do stimulation at anus. she breastfeeding plus formula milk (similic neosure for premature baby). currently ALP level 900 and got high calcium in blood. doc just monitor.. what should i do?

Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
Keep the baby on exclusive breast feeding up to 6 months at least.
Give extra biled and cooled water in between feeds.
Lactulose syrup may be tried to enhance the bowel movement.
Repeat liver function tests once again.
