hi
read your query
first and foremost
dont worry about the nutrition of the baby
the placenta between you and the baby makes sure that the baby is not deprived
having said that i would caution too much dehydration
since that could reduce the protective fluid bag around your baby
now for your stool consistency
you are pregnant
and so i would prefer to avoid antibiotics as far as possible
i would there fore suggest you to increase your fluid intake
and try some probiotics that are locally available
try a diet low in milk and
proteins for a few days
if all this helps, we will have successfully avoided the antibiotics and antidiarrhoeals
of course
plenty of fluids with ors
once you get better
hematinics, vit D and calcium supplementation can be started
avoid them for now if you are on them
iron in supplements can cause gi problems including stool problems
i hope that answers and helps you
best of luck
