Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
For dandruff you could use a shampoo containing 2% ketoconazole 2-3 times per week. Once it comes under control, continue to use it weekly as a maintainance to prevent recurrence.
For premature greying of hair, unfortunately there is no single solution which is very effective. You could try taking oral supplements containing 50-100 mg calcium pantothenate one tablet per day for 3-6 months. Another newer option is a gel containing 1% Melitane. This has to be applied twice a day for 6 months.
Hope this helps you.
Take care.
