What Is The Treatment For Constipation, Incomplete Sleep And Nausea?
Sir, I have been suffering from constipation, incomplete sleep, nausea etc. I am not getting any relief from medicine like pantaprazole, pantodac dsr etc. whenever any antibiotic is like noflox TZ is given my motion is improved and regular for few days. I am still suffering from same. please advise
Some advices that I can give to you are: -Drink more water. -Eat more fiber, especially soluble, non-fermentable fiber. - Do exercise. -Take Senna, an herbal laxative. -Eat probiotic foods or take probiotic supplements. -Use over-the-counter or prescription laxatives. -For the incomplete sleep, you can use Chamomile tea. -For nausea, you can use Reglan tablets.
