Hello,
I read your question very carefully and can understand your concern very well.
I would like to probe you few things whether you are taking any medications for any chronic illness, what is your weight and height, whether you had done your
lipid profile or not. Come back to me with all this information anytime.
Meanwhile, i would like to tell you that it seems not to be an urgency or any serious problem, but at the same time you need to have few precautions to prevent further complications of
fatty liver, because it can lead to
cirrhosis and
liver failure.
I would suggest you few things...........
1. Check your lipid profile with fasting blood including HDL, LDL,
Cholesterol and Triglycerides.
2. Start regular brisk walking of at least 40 minutes a day and reduce your body weight...
3. Take high fiber diet including green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits,e tc.
4. Avoid oily and junk food, rather have protein rich diet...
5. Drink plenty of water, as it will also help to remove your 4.5 mm stone...
6. Avoid alcohol,
smoking and caffeine containing drinks...
Follow these for 3 to 4 months and then repeat the lipid profile, liver profile and
sonography, they will be much better than before. Continue these for rest of your life and you will have a very health life.
Hope this answers your question and let me know directly if you have any further relevant queries.
