What Is The Treatment For Constipation And Acidity?

Evert morning for the past 3 months now when I wake up I have a dry mouth and a deep sleep , last week I got a upset stomach and now I have some serious acidity and reflux for the past 2 days ( which I have never had before) as well as constipation and gas

Hi,dealing with reflux and acidity require life style modification like avoiding spice food,alcohol,beverages walk after dinner and if symptoms still persist after this one can try antacids like PPI in early morning empty stomach and H-2 blockers at night.
For constipation increase fiber diet and you can try some laxative in night
