I live in Fresno ca and have been in the hospital for two and half weeks for colorectal cancer. I signed up for anthem blue cross and the hospital sent me home. They say I need treatment but no dr excepts anthem blue cross. What do I do? I am too young to die. I am 49 years old

Treatment of colorectal cancer depends on the stage of cancer.
I will advise u to do colonoscopy test along with CT scan of whole abdomen and chest.
U also need to blood for CEA test.
K ras mutation test is also suggested
If found in early stages then surgery followed by adjuvant chemotherapy is an option but if found in stage 4 then palliative chemotherapy along with targeted therapy is advised.

Regards
DR DE
