What Is The Treatment For Chronic Sinusitis?
Hello sir, I am 30 YRS old and I have chronic sinusitis for past 5 years. I am easily get catch by cold every two months once. I am using duonase nasal spray and deslor tab every day. Recently in my x-ray report study shows that 1 bilateral inferior nasal turbinates hypertrophic 2 bilateral maxillary right frontal sinusitis for clinical correlation. What should I do? Any curable treatment. Thanks, RAAM

I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I would like to say that if this is chronic sinusitis, then in my opinion this need to be managed with, Tab Acetaminophen and Ibuprofen three times in day and Tab Doxycycline 100 mg once in day for 10 days drink plenty off water and have a steam inhalation, take care and have nice day.
