What Is The Treatment For Chest Discomfort?

Hello, recently I have been having this warm pinchy feeling in my left lung, it feels more uncomferable then painful, but also it feels like a lump on my left side again but on my back and I cant lay on my back. My spine has burned a little I smoke about 25 Ciggarettes a day for about 6 years now

I can understand your situation and problem.
Since you are smoker, possibility of either lung infection or bronchitis is more.
In both these conditions, uncomfortable feeling with back pain are seen.
So better to consult pulmonologist and get done
1. Clinical examination of respiratory system.
2. Chest x ray to rule out lung infection.
3. PFT (Pulmonary Function Test) to rule out bronchitis.
If both are normal,then no need to worry much.
You need to quit smoking as soon as possible.
Once you quit smoking, your problem will be solved.
