Hi,

As per your complain you have problem of burning sensation while urination and blood in urine that may be because of bladder infection or kidney infection or other problems. Do a complete blood cell count and urine test with microscopic examination is helpful for further diagnosis. After urine culture test start a antibiotics under doctor's suggestion. Complete a course of antibiotics. Consult a nephrologist for further diagnosis. Start treatment according to cause.

I hope my guidance helpful to you. Let me know if I can assist you further.
