What Is The Treatment For Bumps On Inner Thigh, Fishy Odor And Minor Itching?

I have a few small bumps on my upper inner thigh near my scrotum, and the area is producing a fishy odor and minor itching (able to keep from scratching it, but feels like if I did I would have temporary relief of that symptom). Used a Clotrimazole Topical Cream (Anti-Fungal) thinking it was "Jock Itch" and no change occurred. Any Suggestions?

Hi,

I have gone through your query.
Itchy and odour giving bumps may be due to bacterial infection. Clotrimazole alone will not provide any relief. You have to apply ointment containing antibiotic, antifungal and steroid like in lobate GM. Antibiotic like doxycycline can be taken orally for faster improvement.
Keep the area well clean and keep it dry.

Hope i have answered your query. If you have any question you can contact me.
