What Is The Treatment For Bronchitis?

Hi, I ve recently been sick with Bronchitis. I mainly just have the cough left. Every night at about the same time I experience a severe headache along with neck pain. It keeps me up for a few hours at night. It s been going on for 9 nights so far. Any ideas on what this could be?

Thanks for your question on HCM. In my opinion you should consult pulmonologist and get done pulmonary function test (PFT) as diagnosis of bronchitis needs atleast PFT.
And treatment of bronchitis needs inhaled treatment. Inhaled bronchodilators are the main therapy for bronchitis. unless bronchitis is not completely treated, you will not free from nigh symptoms completely.
So better control of bronchitis is needed.
Inhaled meter dose inhaler containing long acting beta 2 agonist with corticosteroids should be started.
