I need to know if I need to see a doctor or deal with this myself.
since last Friday I came home with chills and a aching body. and a temp at 100.9 since then I have also developed a deep cough and a runny nose accompanyed by small fevers what could I have? I'm a 31 year old female.

You are suffering with the runny nose, deep cough, aching body, temperature. As it is already days passed, i advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment .
You may need to have blood and urine tests for diagnosis .
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms cifixime, phenylefrine, citrizine, and paracetamol.
Avoid taking fruits, juices, ice cream, ice water, etc, to avoid the allergy.
