ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi, by your history it looks like you might have injured your external ear canal its very unlikely it to injure ear drum, my advice to you is to avoid water entry to ear and to avoid cleaning of ear, so that wound gets time to heal. Even after taking this precautions if you experience fever or pain aggrevates then consult Ent specialist, take care.
