As per your query you have black spots and white heads which is very common because of clogged pores due to which dead skin and bacteria gets entrapped in them and started causing blockage. I would suggest you to wash your face with face wash containing salicylic acid twice a day. You should exfoliate your face twice a week specially with non comedogenic exfoliant. If condition doesn t get well then consult dermatologist for proper checkup and to rule out any underlying disease . Doctor may prescribe antibiotic clindamycin or isotretinoin. You can go for chemical peeling, microabrasion and dermaabrasion as well. You should avoid use of any hard cosmetics on face. You should apply cream containing azelaic acid.
