What Is The Treatment For Allergy And Sunburn?

I am 12 weeks pregnant and had a severe allergic reaction out of the blue. I had not eaten anything within 2 hours of reaction. I was sitting down talking to friends and suddenly realized it was getting difficult to breathe out of my nose and I quickly noticed my whole body was lobster red like I had a bad sunburn and my heart rate and blood pressure sky rocketed. I chewed 2 Benadryl and after about 20-30 minutes I calmed down but then had the shakes. It took me a solid hour to get back to semi normal. Any ideas what could cause this episode?

Hi..
welcome to healthcaremagic.com and myself Dr. Atishay Bukharia would be answering your questions..

the best treatment for allergy is the avoidance of allergan, in cases where it is not possible to avoid the allergen you can go for systemic desensitization, in this process a small amount of allergan is injected into the body and slowly desensitized so that we could prevent the extreme reactions and body does becomes prepare to deal with a large amount of allergen.

and for prevention of sunburn there is only 2 thing one is avoidance and second is to use sunscreen for protective clothing. sunscreen should be of more than 50 spf.

hope it helps
