I. There are many reasons for pain in abdomen. If the pain is not where the kidney with cysts are, one has to find another reasons.
The cortical cysts never cause pain unless they is an internal bleeding - which is picked up on sonography.
What are other associated symptoms?
Which side is the pain in abdomen?
