I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.

As per your complain and presentation of symptoms it seems that you have a viral throat infection which seems secondary to Sinusitis causing post nasal drip.
Mucous with blood is due to inflammation in the sinus or nasal lining..

Nothing to worry consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and he can advise you to take antibiotics like Augmentin or Azithromycin, anti-inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen, decongestant like Sudafed, mucolytics like Ambroxol.
Saline nasal spray can help in loosening the mucous and easy draining..
Do steam inhalations and use a humidifier in your room.
Sleep with head slightly raised so that the sinus can easily clear off..
