What is the treatment for a head concussion. Can I read or watch a movie? I fell 10 days ago and hit my face on the root of a tree while hiking in the woods. I went to the emergency room and they did a cat scan of my face, head and neck. It showed no fractures ( I hit my nose and bled a lot), but after 10 days I was still feeling dry tired, nauseous and dizzy. The Physicians Assistant told me I have a concussion. She told me to rest my brain and not do anything that required me to focus. So I want to now what I should avoid doing. Can I read or watch a movie?
