What Is The Suggestion For High BP?

Our new home blood pressure cuff is showing my wife's pressures systolic ranging from 180-210, and diastolic 90-110 (fairly consistent for about a week). She has been having severe headaches for about 10 days. She has seen her phyician twice, Dr. doesn't seem too concerned with these readings because it wasn't that high in her office. Had an MRI today but won't get result till next week. We are getting nervous about the high BP readings..

Thanks for the query.
As you said the bp was not high in the office it indicates that there might be some error measuring the bp at home.
Digital devices are not so accurate.
So trust your doctor.
I would have suggest tab. Amlodepine or atenolol depending on vitals.
Hope i helped you.
