Hi Your MRI has primarily Diagnosed ACL Tear . Grade 2 changes in meniscus are not very significant so are periarticular and intraarticular edema. For ACL( Anterior Cruciate Ligament) Tear you need arthroscopic reconstruction ,else you may have an unstable knee with difficulty in walking.
