Hi im feeling very poorly at the minute, im nauseous, i keep being sick, very light headed, everywhere hurts my skin, joints etc, i have a stabbing pain under my ribs, night sweats, no appetite, weight loss, fatigue, i feel like my brain is numb, im very pale, ive felt like this for a week with the symptoms getting worse as each day passes, i never have a temperature because i take tramadol for joint pain please help

Your symptoms might be related to a cold. You might be affected by seasonal virus and it might have affected your lungs.

However you need the following tests to determine the diagnosis:
1. Complete blood count.
2. Pulmonary X-ray.
3. Liver function test.
4. Urine test.
