dear chahbra
The very first thing to be done is to discontinue repeated touch to area as hands are not always clean. second let me know if there is any associted disease , diet constipation , worms, anger etc. i will suggest herbal remedies for this.

Dermatologist Dr. Surbhi Mahajan's  Response
ACNE BEYOND 25 YEARS OF AGE NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED FOR UNDERLYING HORMONAL CHANGES....otherwise acne is part of changes that occur during adolescence... simple measures that any one with acne can follow are:
1. Wash your face atleast twice with soaps like acnegaurd, acnelak or salycilic acid based face washes esp for those with oily skin
2. Dont touch or squeeze your pimples to avoid marks
3. Consult Dermatogist if you have lots of red , large or pus fillrd pimples.
