What Is The Solution For Stomach Pain, Lost Appetite And Acidic Stomach?
i am 70 years old i havebeen haveing pain along my left side stomach side and in to my back i have lost my appitite because every time i eat i get so much pain after i ve been in and out of the hospital and never get any results my doctor just keeps giving me perscriptions for an acid stomach but i ve had this problem for two years now and i am only getting worse not being able to eat sick every day and my life is really getting harder on me because of this problem im hopeing you can help me.

Losing weight (if overweight) Avoiding alcohol, chocolate, citrus juice, and tomato-based products Avoiding peppermint, coffee, and possibly the onion family[8] Eating small, frequent meals rather than large meals Waiting 3 hours after a meal to lie down Refraining from ingesting food (except liquids) within 3 hours of bedtime Elevating the head of the bed 8 inches Avoiding bending or stooping positions
Stay in touch with your gastro enterologist and continue using some PPIs and anti spasmodics. But main goal is lifestyle modification and you need that the most.
